By accessing or using Manuscript Editor by Subhala Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Subhala Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.
Manuscript Editor is an AI-powered manuscript editing tool that corrects grammar and spelling while preserving the author's voice and style. The service uses the Anthropic Claude API for text processing. Edited output is AI-assisted and may contain errors. Please review all changes before publication.
You retain full ownership of your manuscript at all times. We make no claim over your content. The edited output produced by the service remains your intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring your manuscript does not infringe third-party copyrights.
Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment. Unused edits do not carry forward to the next subscription period. Prices are subject to change with notice. GST at 18% is applicable for Indian customers.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe/PayPal (international). We do not store payment card details.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Subhala Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and its officers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights including copyright.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cloud service outages, AI provider disruptions, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subhala Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
